Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way. 📦

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 10–20 days from the date your order is placed. Please keep this window in mind when ordering, especially for the holiday season — we recommend ordering early so your countdown starts on time! 🗓️

Order for December 1st
Since shipping runs 10–20 days, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks before December 1st to make sure your Courtside calendar arrives in time to open door one. 🎄

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions throughout the season! 🚚

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed to you. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, please reach out and we'll help right away.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by high-volume holiday periods, carrier delays, or customs. We appreciate your patience! 💕

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, so accuracy helps your order reach you smoothly.
